Relaxing in the garden is one of my favourite pastimes and here you will get a flavour of some of the borders approaching their peak in late June early July. Most years I try and improve on the colour schemes and or texture, shape and form in the garden, and yes, like breeding budgerigars it can be a bit of a jig-saw puzzle.. But its great fun and the expectation of what you have created makes it !! well, hopefully worthwhile. And if not we can alter it again and look forward to next year..

In my opinion this corner looks quite stunning, Clematis and the ornamental Pear in the background with Salix, Fuschia, Sage and Spiraea providing that golden colour that attracts the eye.

Looking towards the summer seat. My wife Carol enjoys sitting here in the summer evenings with a glass of Chablis, her favourite tipple..Arum lily in the background, Roses and Penstemon.

One of the new arrivals to add some further interest to the garden. Cynara, large silver leaves, looking forward to it maturing when it should be quite a feature.
